With more than 25 years of experience in movement, body awareness, stress regulation, and mental leadership, he integrates practical work with insights from Public Health and modern health sciences.
His approach follows a simple principle:

This combination of individual bodywork, stress regulation, and a Public Health perspective allows him to understand complex stress patterns with precision and develop strategies that are both effective and applicable in everyday life.

The early loss of his parents awakened in Ulf the mission to help others live longer, healthier lives. After a decade as Associate Principal Hornist, he chose to dedicate his discipline and experience to the field of health.
Today, as a Personal Health Coach and Complementary Therapist, he supports people in regaining energy, preventing illness, and improving quality of life with his holistic approach — Eat · Move · Think.
