The early loss of his parents profoundly shaped Ulf Tölle, awakening in him the mission to help others live longer, healthier lives. After a decade as Associate Principal Hornist, he chose to dedicate his discipline and experience to the field of health.

Today, as a certified Personal Health Coach and Life Extension Coach, Ulf supports people in regaining energy, preventing illness, and sustainably improving their quality of life. His approach integrates movement, nutrition, and mental clarity into a holistic concept — scientifically grounded, practical for everyday life, and individually adapted to each client’s needs.

With many years of experience as a Complementary Therapist, Ulf helps clients with mobility, stress management, weight regulation, diabetes prevention, and recovery after injury. His goal: to empower people to take their health into their own hands and to age with vitality, strength, and joy.
