Modules Week 1 - Week 13  
The EAT- module is foundational. Hence its name: Laying the Foundations for Health
It lasts 3 months and then you keep it going at your own pace and need.

The MOVE- module comes in two blocks of 3 months.

Block II

Modules Week 14 - Week 26

1st block on quality of movement with some very simple and practical anatomy of movement. After those initial 3 months we then might take it to another level with

Block III

Modules Week 27 - Week 39

physical training – appropriately to your fitness level.
The goal is to build more health into your system, not more stress.

The reason being that the Concept of “Quality of Movement” -  believe or not – is  actually a quantitative concept.

Block IV

Modules Week 40 - Week 52

The THINK- module accompanies us actually throughout; but formally it’s the last 3 months where we go into some foundational texts that address the intersection of thinking and movement.

It even touches into Principles of Personal Development - For these last 3 months this module is accompanied by a weekly Meeting where we all get together for a good 45 min. to learn a new skill set. These online meetings are there for introducing new and relevant ideas to implanting this new life style into your life.

It’ll be fun and easy and it’ll work. Students have already had incredible results from just these online meetings alone.

Personal experience as a performer, having played 10 years in an orchestra
